Henrico Water Treatment Plant ($88M)

This is the company’s largest ever project, nearing a completion date of September 2003.  The new water treatment plant is being constructed on the bank of the James River in Richmond, Virginia.  The plant will be capable of pumping 55 million gallons per day and is on a 52-acre site.
