We currently hold a Multiple Award Construction Contract with the Department of the Navy, for projects in the Hampton Roads, Virginia Area.  This contract makes us eligible for Task Orders in the range of $1M to $15M.  The contract runs through 2005.

Task Order #1:           Renovations to Consolidated Bachelor Quarter

We are currently performing renovations to Building 3603, a 83,000 SF facility, which houses the Consolidated Bachelors Quarters (CBQ).  The building is comprised of several wings, each of which must be completed prior to starting the next.

Task Order #2:           Transient Personnel Lodge ($3.2M)

            Owner: Department of the Navy

            Harvey Point Naval Defense Center, North Carolina

This project consists of the construction of a new two-story 19,000 square foot dormitory for Naval personnel.
